Crafted with Sunbrella fabric, these replacement cushions are the perfect companions for the You and Me benches. They are created to give you the most comfort. They range in length from 9.3ft. to just a 20". All the sizes are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use.

  • For two years from purchase date, RS Barcelona warrants that its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and the conditions for which it was designed and the product is used for its intended purpose.The warranty is nontransferrable, and is applicable to the original purchaser only. The warranty will be valid only if proper maintenance and cleaning have been carried out in accordance with RS Barcelona’s care and maintenance instructions.


    This warranty does not apply to faults or imperfections resulting from passage of time or normal wear and tear. Scratches, natural variations in wood grain and colour are characteristic of this natural material and are not included in this warranty. Discoloration or fading of surface materials and colours due to stains, ultraviolet light, harsh cleaners, etc. are not included in this warranty. Scratches or tears that may occur on the furniture fabric or pool table cloth due to use are specifically excluded from this warranty.


    Products which do not conform to the description or which are defective in material or manufacturing will be replaced, repaired or, at rs barcelona’s choice, credited for their original purchase price. rs barcelona must be notified of such defect with graphic evidence and description.

    RS Barcelona products are manufactured of high-quality materials to last over time. Although age can catch up with us, it is possible to retain not only their longevity but their appeal and beauty. Therefore, as with any product that we love and wish to preserve and protect, they require regular care and maintenance, which should be increased in pieces that are used outdoors.

    There is not a “one size fits all” statement for the maintenance frequency of the products. It will highly depend on the environment in which they are placed (indoors, outdoors or covered outdoors; by the sea or close to a swimming pool; in very high moisture conditions or in areas with frequent rain…). For this reason the periodicity of maintenance must be set according to how the product and materials perform in their environment.


    If the product is to remain out of use for extended periods of time or in severe weather conditions, it should be protected with an optional cover and/or moved to a covered area or indoors to avoid dust and moisture, which are the main causes of mildew and corrosion.

    White Glove Delivery means personalized service for your shipment. Our trained Delivery Specialists will receive your order at their local warehouse, inspect it for defects or shipping damage, and schedule a convenient delivery appointment that fits your schedule. On delivery day your items will be carefully transported to your location and set in place in the location of your choice.

    Choose our White Glove + Assembly option to have our team assemble your products and remove packaging and shipping debris.

     

    How is this different from Standard Delivery?

    Standard Delivery orders are shipped via truck to a shipping hub in your area and then a representative will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time. Shipments are generally delivered at the end of your driveway and you will be responsible for inspection, assembly, carrying the items to their desired location, and disposing of packaging debris. This is included FREE with all orders in the continental U.S. (oversize fees may apply).

    We make every effort to help you make an informed purchase decision by providing you with complete product information (including dimensions and lead-times) before you place your order. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you request free wood/stain samples and fabric/leather swatches to help you make an informed decision. However, if you decide you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so by contacting our Customer Service department within seven (7) days of the delivery of your order as indicated on the shipping company's proof of delivery. Items returned must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

    We offer free shipping* to most addresses in the mainland lower 48 United States. If for some reason your address is not eligible for free shipping, we will contact you immediately. There will be no charges made before we do so.

    *Some furniture items are oversized and/or fragile and can only be shipped via freight carrier. These items are clearly designated with an non-refundable Oversize Delivery Fee. This fee may be eliminated by adding two or more units to your cart or purchasing multiple items.

    Take advantage of this fantastic offer to build a collection of our durable and heavy items, which are quite expensive to ship. Most of our items are packaged "RTA", or 'ready to assemble', and are delivered conveniently to your door by Federal Express Ground shipping. Final assembly of our items is easy and usually takes about 15 minutes with enclosed instructions.
