The EcoJet Bob covers up to 200 square feet of indoor or outdoor space. It cools and infuses the air with a pleasant, fine mist. At 15 pounds and taking up less than one square foot of space, it’s compact and portable. It also features patented disk technology for optimal cooling. It is perfect for small places like offices and hotel rooms. It is great for outdoor spaces like tailgating, garages, backyards, and swimming pools.
The manufacturer guarantees Joape Angra against any manufacturing defects within
the period of twelve months, from the date on the sales invoice.
Warranty Condition:
Any defects must be immediately communicated to a U.S. Joape distributor, along
with the original bill of sale or sales receipt.
Warranty will be deemed null and void when:
1 - The serial number or the label with the product identification number has been
removed or altered.
2 - The product was installed or used in nonconformity with the instructions in this
user's guide.
3 - If the product was altered, changed or repaired by a anyone who is not
accredited by Joape Ind. Equipamentos Ambientais.
4 - Defects caused by accidents or consumer's misuse of the product.
The warranty does not cover:
Expenses related to the consumer travel to obtain technical assistance.
Expenses related to the installation of the product.
Expenses related with the cleaning of the equipment.
Scratches, marks, dents or damage to the products or parts due to transportation or
handling accidents.
Power failures or surges resulting from electrical power supply problems.

Remarks:
Joape Ind. Equip. Ambientais, in the attempt to continuously improve its products,
has the right to change general, technical and aesthetic characteristics of products
without prior warning.
This warranty certificate is valid for all products sold by Joape's certified distributors
and used in the US territory.
Keep the User's manual, and the Invoice handy, for future reference and warranty
service requests, whenever necessary.
In areas with hard water, it may be necessary to
occasionally clean the pump. Also in areas with
hardwater, at the end of the season or if not used for long
periods, follow this recommended cleaning procedure:
1 - Disconnect the equipment from the electrical outlet
2 - Use liquid detergent and a brush to clean the
equipment.
3 - When the equipment is not used for more than 7 days,
the reservoir must be emptied, and cleaned, then run all
water through once.
4 - In areas with hard water, it may be necessary to
occasionally clean the submersible water pump inside the
reservoir.
Cleaning the Water Pimp
Remove the pump from the water reservoir (picture 4).
2 - Remove the frontal cover of the water inlet (picture 5/item "A").
3 - Remove the protective cover from the rotor (picture 5/item "B").
4 - Remove the propeller from the engine (picture 5/item "C").
5 - Clean all pump parts with water and neutral liquid soap.
6 - Rinse all parts and reassemble the pump.

White Glove Delivery means personalized service for your shipment. Our trained Delivery Specialists will receive your order at their local warehouse, inspect it for defects or shipping damage, and schedule a convenient delivery appointment that fits your schedule. On delivery day your items will be carefully transported to your location and set in place in the location of your choice.

Choose our White Glove + Assembly option to have our team assemble your products and remove packaging and shipping debris.

 

How is this different from Standard Delivery?

Standard Delivery orders are shipped via truck to a shipping hub in your area and then a representative will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time. Shipments are generally delivered at the end of your driveway and you will be responsible for inspection, assembly, carrying the items to their desired location, and disposing of packaging debris. This is included FREE with all orders in the continental U.S. (oversize fees may apply).

We make every effort to help you make an informed purchase decision by providing you with complete product information (including dimensions and lead-times) before you place your order. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you request free wood/stain samples and fabric/leather swatches to help you make an informed decision. However, if you decide you would like to return an item for any reason you may do so by contacting our Customer Service department within seven (7) days of the delivery of your order as indicated on the shipping company's proof of delivery. Items returned must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

We offer free shipping* to most addresses in the mainland lower 48 United States. If for some reason your address is not eligible for free shipping, we will contact you immediately. There will be no charges made before we do so.

*Some furniture items are oversized and/or fragile and can only be shipped via freight carrier. These items are clearly designated with an non-refundable Oversize Delivery Fee. This fee may be eliminated by adding two or more units to your cart or purchasing multiple items.

Take advantage of this fantastic offer to build a collection of our durable and heavy items, which are quite expensive to ship. Most of our items are packaged "RTA", or 'ready to assemble', and are delivered conveniently to your door by Federal Express Ground shipping.
