Warranty

We have a 2-year warranty on our powder coat surface. However, the warranty does not cover:

Outdoor furniture placed on a costal line

Furniture placed in a humid or chlorine-filled environment

Furniture damage due to wrong use

Furniture damage due to wrong storage

Bamboo is a natural material with a very hard surface, but it becomes porous if left to dry out. We recommend treating the bamboo with oil suitable for outdoor furniture. Follow the instructions on the oil when applying to the product since more oil isn't necessarily better. Oil the product as soon as you start using it and then 3-4 times a year.

To prevent the bamboo from deteriorating, please do not use a cover since condensation will occur. This will eventually cause the bamboo to develop mold and fungi.

Removing Fungi and Repairing a Damaged Surface:

Make the bamboo surface wet and scrub with a stiff brush. A small amount of soap can be used if necessary.

Use a power sander to sand the dry bamboo. Start with medium-coarse sandpaper and finish with a fine sandpaper. Be sure to sand with the grain.

Seal the bamboo immediately with oil again. Apply according to the oil instructions and make sure not to apply more than necessary.

Let the oil dry and enjoy your bamboo product.

Powder Coated Steel:

Our steel is protected with a decorative powder coat. To ensure good corrosion resistance on our steel outdoor furniture, we use a zinc-rich primer. The primer makes the surface suitable for outdoor use. Should the product get scratched or damaged, the metal will begin to rust. A repair lacquer can be used after any rust or loose paint is removed.

Care and Maintenance:

Please avoid using any harsh detergents or solvents when cleaning the product. Regular cleaning should be done with a cloth and lukewarm water. If your outdoor products need an extra cleaning, an auto/vehicle shampoo can be used.

If possible, outdoor furniture should be stored in a dry place during the winter to protect it from the elements. We do not recommend covering the furniture, since the lack of breathability might accumulate condensation on the furniture.
