We believe ours is the widest selection, and the best pricing, for high quality, brand name
furniture for the home and garden. If you find a lower price on the same item anywhere else,
please give us the opportunity to provide a competitive quote. You need only fax us a copy of an
advertisement, catalog page, or written quote to qualify.
Please keep in mind that a competitive overall price will include not only furniture pricing but
also shipping, handling, and sales tax. We think you will enjoy dealing with Frontera not
only because of our superior selection and convenience of ordering, but also for our superior
attention to your needs and concerns.
For your convenience, Frontera.com accepts all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American
Express, and Discover. When placing a credit card order totaling more than $500.00 (excluding taxes) and with an estimated shipping date of more than eight weeks, a
50% deposit is required at the time of order. All other orders are charged to your credit card at time of order confirmation. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to
be shipped to your location. Upon notification of shipment, the remaining balance, if any, will
be collected.
When entering your credit card information through Frontera’s secure connection, please enter
the address and telephone number exactly as they appear on the statement from your credit card
company/financial institution. Your telephone information is collected for your security as part of
the verification process. Your telephone number will not be released to third parties, and you will
never receive a telephone solicitation from Frontera. Please see our privacy policy
for more information.
For certain orders, many banks and credit card companies require that Frontera.com only ship your
order to your credit card billing address, or an authorized, alternate address that has been approved
by your financial institution. If you wish for your purchase to be shipped to an address other than
one on file with your financial institution, please contact the credit card company/financial
institution immediately and ask them to place the new shipping address on record.
Frontera collects sales tax for items shipped to any address within the state of Texas (8.25%).
For orders shipped outside of Texas, but within the United States, Frontera is not required to
collect sales tax.
For all international orders, please note that Frontera.com cannot be responsible for collecting
customs and import duties. Due to the differences in the duty structures that exist from country to
country, we ask that you consult the customs office in the destination country for more information.
While browsing our furniture collection, you may encounter items that do not have a posted price.
While we strive to provide our customers with all of the information needed to make an informed
purchase decision, we have a small number of manufacturers that do not allow product pricing to be
posted on the Internet. In these limited cases, we ask that you please contact us for additional
information on these fine products.
We have a friendly staff of customer service professionals working extended phone hours to provide
information on pricing, colors and finishes for all items that do not display pricing. If you
wish to purchase one of these items after receiving Frontera pricing from our customer service
representatives, you may either return to Frontera.com to purchase online, or we can process your
order conveniently over the telephone.
