CUSHION FILL OPTIONS
All of our cushion fill options are constructed with mold and mildew resistant materials and designed to be used outdoor
year round. They are wrapped in Dacron® to provide a crown effect toward the center of the cushion and to assure a snug fit.
Regardless of the fill you choose, we recommend that cushions be covered or stored when not in use as dirt and pollen build up can mold and stain. Covering and/or storing cushions will add many years to their life. If cushions become wet, place on end in a dry, sunny area and unzip where possible for quickest drying method.

STANDARD FILL
Densified Polyester Fiber: This fill option has the look and feel of medium density foam and will allow any water that may seep through the outer casing to drain. This fill is adequate for normal seasonal residential use; it is not recommended for daily residential use or commercial applications.

WRAPPED FOAM OPTION
Interior Grade Foam: This fill option uses medium density foam encased in a highly water resistant polypropylene ticking
(bag). This option gives you the comfort of interior furniture with an extraordinary level of water resistance. This fill is not 100%
waterproof so we recommend covering or storing cushions during periods of heavy rain.

EZ-DRI® FOAM OPTION
EZ-DRI® Foam: This premium fill option is made from the highest quality flow-thru foam available and thus gives you a firmer
feel, excellent drainage and durability. This fill option is recommended for commercial use.

Note: Slip Over Armchair Cushion (800087), Horizon Armchair Cushion (800008) and Mercury Modular Deep Seating
Base/Ottoman (800090), Arm/Back (800091) and Back Pillow (800092) come standard with the wrapped foam option and
are not available in standard or EZ-Dri® fills. All Kirar Collection seat cushions and side inserts (800102) come standard with
the wrapped foam option and are not available in the standard fill. Kirar Collection seat cushions are available with the EZ-Dri® option.

NOTES

Assembly and Packing Some of our furniture is shipped knocked down in cartons and requires minor assembly. Each product must be assembled per carton as each item is individually predrilled. Components mixed from different items will not fit properly. Instructions are included. All items that are fully assembled are marked on the price list with an asterisk (*).
Claims/Damages Consignees are responsible for filing damage claims with carriers. Shipments must be inspected at time of delivery for visual or concealed damages and shortages. All discrepancies must be marked on the Bill of Lading. For your protection, if you cannot inspect your delivery immediately, you must sign “pending inspection.” Packages must be inspected within 48 hrs. of delivery. All damages must be reported to the carrier within 48 hrs. Save all cartons and packaging. If boxes and contents are visibly damaged, refuse those items. Barlow Tyrie is not responsible for damages incurred after items leave our facilities.
Deep Seating Deep Seating requires the use of cushions. When ordering please note the cushion color, fabric code and fabric grade.
Replacement Parts As we are the manufacturer, replacement parts are available and must be requested in writing with pictures/drawings with date and place of purchase. Charges will be incurred when not under warranty or misuse of product has occurred. Please see:

Stainless Steel We use two grades of stainless steel; 316 Grade, commonly known as ‘marine grade’ and 304 Grade, more commonly used for garden furniture. Both 316 and 304 are hardwearing and suitable for use in inland locations whilst 316 is for use in coastal areas, marine and outdoor chlorinated environments, where oxidation could be a problem. We do not recommend stainless steel products for use in an indoor chlorinated environment.
Please note: In coastal areas where extreme humidity is present, our 316 grade stainless steel products and hardware may require more frequent cleaning and maintenance. Please enquire for further details. If you have any questions or concerns about the grade that is best for your area, then please contact our customer service department.
Tables with umbrella holes All tables except Kirar dining tables are supplied with a solid, flush fitting insert in the appropriate material, that covers the parasol hole when a parasol is not in use. 2APX39 does not have an umbrella hole.
Tables with skirts Our Apex , Monaco and Windsor dining tables use a “skirted” frame design. The siderails between the legs prohibit an armchair from being pushed under the table.
Tree Seats Two half sections are required to make a complete tree seat, but one half section can be supplied if required.
